Éditorialisation des bibliothèques numériques : le cas des Essentiels de Gallica

Abstract : The editorialization means publishing practices and accessibility of content on the web, posing epistemological questions about the authenticity and veracity of information. Beyond the techniques and forms, the editorialization questions the editorial and authorial functions. Select, organize, prioritize, document, make sense: in this process, libraries have a responsibility as well as publishers. Beyond the availability of their digital resources, they are engaged in the production of content on the web. First of them, the French National Library (BnF) has been doubly involved: on one hand with accessible and interoperable resources through data.bnf.fr and structured corpus Gallica, on the other hand with specific mediation for school audience and teachers, "The Essentials of Literature". This is an editorialized interface to the digital library that reflects current anthological practices to discover our literary heritage through guided paths into the collections.
